News  »  KOVID-19 RETAIL CONFIDENCE INDEX HITS HISTORIC LOW
The TEPAV retail Confidence Index (TEPE), which was at a low level in 2017 and beyond, received a value of -16.7 points in the first quarter of 2020 and declined to -21.4 points in the next quarter as a result of restrictive measures on social mobility taken throughout the country to start and control the COVID-19 epidemic process.
